For vehicle/transfer reservations:

For rental agreement:

- Full name

- Residential address and city

- Personal identification number (OIB)

- Date of birth and age

- ID card/passport number and expiry date

- Driver’s license number, issuer, and validity

- Credit card number

- Contact information (phone and email)

- Scanned copy of ID and driver’s license

For inquiries, complaints, or claims:

- Full name

- Address

- OIB

- Phone number

- ID card number and validity date

- Driver’s license information
